How to Be Your Best Self

Eudaimonia. Its loose translation is “a state or condition of good spirit, or happiness“ or achieving your highest good. It is commonly associated with Aristotle, the “father” of just about everything from biology, botany, physics, chemistry, and formal logic, to psychology, zoology and ethics.
